Texture: All the shimmery shades have soft texture that blends beautifully on the eyes. These shades have a creamy texture and the colour is clearly visible on the eyes. The shimmer shades don’t feel patchy and ensure a smooth finish post application. While applying the shimmery shades, if you use a wet brush, the colour intensity will be more beautiful and they will give a stunning look on the eyes.

For the matte shades, the texture is not very smooth and has little fallout. To prevent that, it is advisable to use an eye primer prior to application. Other than this, there are no issues. The highlighter shades have a smooth texture and glides like a dream. They have no fallout as well. Overall, I am happy with the quality of this surprise egg.

Staying Power: The eye shadows stay on my eyelid for a decent period of time. Without an eye primer, they stay for about 5-6 hours without creasing. If used with an eye primer, you can expect the stay time to be longer and the finish to be better. These shades are easy to remove as well. They come off easily with any makeup remover.
Overall: I love this palette more because of the packaging than its quality. However, the quality is very good as well and the shade choices are good. I am happy that I have such an amazing product in my makeup collection.
